RentDNC, LLC. is Colorado based company founded to serve the temporary housing needs of the Democratic National Convention. We are not affiliated with the Democratic Party, or with the Democratic Convention Organizing Committee.
The founders of RentDNC, LLC. are long time real estate and technology professionals dedicated to serving the Denver community, and offer a broad array of knowledge and expertise in the short-term rental market.
William Roberts, Will is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker with a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certificate, Master of Real Estate (MRE), and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) serving the needs of both buyers and sellers. As President-Elect of the Denver Board of Realtors, he provides multiple services back to the Denver Real Estate community.

Matt Bryant, Matt is President of Bryant and Associcates, and has specialized in the Metro Denver residential real estate market for the past 6 years. Matt specializes in residential properties for investments, multi-unit family housing, and property management for his investors. Matt is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

Jay Mandelstam,Jay is the co-founder of Rent Vail, LLC. and www.rentvail.com- a leader in the vacation home rental market. He previously served as President of Max Logic,Inc.- an information technology firm which specialized in emerging web technologies. Jay is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, and is a 20 year resident of Metro Denver.

Mike Beson , Mike is a long-time political operative and activist. He has previously served the City of Neptune as Mayor, City Councilman, and School Board Member in his home state of New Jersey, and currently serves as President of the Jersey Job Guide, and Guide Publications. He has attended every Democratic convention in the past 20 years, as both a delegate and staff member.

Robert Rolland , Rob is the co-founder of Rent Vail, LLC and www.rentvail.com- a leader in the vacation home rental market. He previously owned and operated RBM Services- one of the mid-west's largest building service contractors. He has been a real estate investor and developer in multiple states, and has an extensive background in internet marketing.
