Will my home be furnished?
Yes. All homes in our portfolio are fully furnished.

When do I pay for my rental home?
50% of the rental total is due when the reservation is created. The balance is due on June 1, 2008. Reservations made after June 1, 2008 are due in full when the reservation is created.

Can I see the home in person before I rent it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to tour every home before making a reservation. However, the pictures you see on this website are of the actual home. There are no "model" homes or "representative" homes. The pictures you see are of the actual home you will be renting. In some instances, a tour can be arranged, ask one of our Housing Specialists if this is possible on your home.

What if I am unable to take the trip after I make a reservation? Is my money refundable?
Reservations can be cancelled until June 1, 2008. A refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of $500. Sorry, but reservations are non-refundable after June 1, 2008. We strongly recommend you purchase "Travel Insurance" in the event your trip is cancelled. Your Housing Specialist can provide a quote for "Travel Insurance".

Are there any additional fees on top of the rental amount?
Every reservation will be charged a "Booking Fee" to offset the cost of processing your reservation, and a "Property Security Fee" which provides for insurance in the event of loss and/or damage to your rental home. Additionally, all appropriate taxes will be charged.

Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, but although we love our little critters too.... no pets are allowed in any of our rental homes.

Is smoking allowed in my rental home?
No. All of our rental homes are STRICTLY non-smoking. In the event smoke is detected in the rental home, a deodorizing fee up to $2500 will be charged to your credit card.

How are rental rates determined?
Each individual homeowner ultimately decides the rental rate. However, we can provide you with suggestions based on the research we've done in the local market. Rental rates may change over time based on market conditions, and we will do our best to apprise you of current suggested rates.

How does RentDNC make money?
There is a $49 setup fee to list a home on our website. Additionally, we earn a commission if, and only if, the home is rented.

Why is there a setup fee? Isn't Craig's List free?
Unlike free online listings, we provide a full reservation system on our website. Free services are merely online bulletin boards. We actually process the entire reservation.

What if damage is done to the rental home, or items are lost?
Each renter will be required to purchase a Property Security policy, and agrees to be responsible for any/all damage. However, it is also required that each homeowner consult with their homeowner's insurance provider to ensure for adequate coverage for the duration of the reservation.

Will every home on your website get rented?
It is difficult to predict the demand for rental homes. We certainly cannot guarantee that all homes will be rented. However, we do know that virtually all hotel rooms in the Denver Metro area are already booked for the week of the convention, and there will be thousands of visitors looking for lodging.
